活动介绍

  1. First 15 mins: we will illustrate the basic wine terminologies, regions, producers and other basic knowledges of wine making.

  2. Personal palate test and senses. (5 to 10 mins)

  3. Wine tasting: 2 white wines and 2 reds. 30 to 40 mins. 1) introducing the tasting technics 2) explain flavors 3) comparing different wines 4) building personal wine profile.

  4. Buying guide for wines (20 mins)

  5. Q and A (10 mins)

Event Cost: $15.00 per person. Including all the materials, wines, food and notebooks, gifts.

After the event, we also offer a party style dinner, mainly with home cooked Chinese food tailored to your budget. This will further enhance the wine and food pairing experience, especially for Asian fusion cuisines.
